The ITSM People are a 20 + team of highly experienced IT Management consultants who just love helping organisations change and improve, working primarily in the IT Service Management space.

We've worked with organisations large and small, across a wide range of industries for over 20 years, helping them get the best results from their IT teams, operating models and outsourced vendors.

We work outside IR35 on outcome-based contracts, specialising in transformational improvement work, with a wealth of experience in all things IT and Enterprise Service Management; Maturity Assessments, ITSM Tool Selection, Service Design, Transformation, Target Operating Models and C-Level Advisory.
