Founded on a
simple belief.

The ITSM People was founded in 2014 by Tim Mills with a straightforward conviction: organisations deserve genuinely independent ITSM advice โ€” not advice shaped by tool commissions or managed service relationships.

Over the past 12 years, that conviction has driven everything we do. We've grown into a team of senior practitioners with decades of real operational experience โ€” people who've actually run IT service organisations, not just consulted to them.

We work outside IR35 on outcome-based contracts, which means our incentives are always aligned with yours. We succeed when you improve.
