We not only assess and advise on processes, but we just love bring it all to life.
Whether that’s documenting them, running workshops, training or coaching the teams, or helping build them in your ITSM tool, this is the stuff we love doing.
Process development and improvement is at the very centre of everything we do, whether you just need a review and redesign of an individual Process such as Change Management, or various processes need reviewing, re-designing, recreating or improving, this is our bread and butter and at the heart of the ITSM People’s skills bag.
Whilst we work primarily with ITIL® 3 & 4, we are highly experienced in DevOps®, SIAM®, Agile®, BRM® and VeriSM®.
