We work with organisations large and small, although a large portion of our clients do tend to be on scale that justifies the kind of work we do, i.e. they suffer from the problems we love to fix, which tend to develop on a larger scale with larger teams where the processes required to glue the teams and individuals together are broken.

 

Of course, the scale also provides the larger benefits and return on investment in doing the work we do. We therefore typically work with IT teams of at least 30 people and upwards, which usually means organisations that turn over upwards of £500 million, with some of our clients in the many billions of pounds turnover.

 

With our increased abilities to work remotely these days, this also means we are not restricted to working with UK based companies. In fact, most of our clients have a global presence and as such, we can work around the clock to accommodate time zone related challenges.

 

Due to the nature of some of the operating model work we do (which often can be sensitive in nature), many of our clients have reasons to remain confidential. In these cases, we treat confidentiality as paramount and are used to working under Non Disclosure Agreements to protect everyone’s interests.
