ITSM Functionality

ITSM tools are at the very centre of everything we do, so we get to know our way around them pretty well.

Whilst the ITSM People are tool agnostic and as such we have no partner arrangements, as you would probably expect we do a lot work with some of the big players in the industry, with most of our clients working on ServiceNow due to their scale and level of maturity requirements.

With that said, ServiceNow is not the right tool for all of our clients. In fact, it’s arguably over-kill for what some of them need.

The classic mistake we see over and over again is tools being purchased for the whistles and bells, and the whistles and bells are never used.

In fact, we see it time and time again, whereby organisations only scratch the surface of ITSM tool functionality yet pay a very high premium.

The moral of the story is don’t buy what you wont use and we have many year’s experience in helping clients consider, compare and implement the right tool for them.
